Now if only I could find a lvl 20 target dummy, I would be super happy Like I said, it may be old news but I never knew about it. Does anyone know if there is a quest or buff that can be self obtained on a 20 to walk on water? It would be handy if there were a way to walk on water as a lvl 20 without requiring a Shammy or DK buff. You miss frequently as a lvl 20 but a lvl 29 could find it useful. Only dumb thing is he's on a boat but you can't stand in the boat so you float around trying to hit him. You just need to clear a few sharks first. It's an actual target dummy you can charge and attack.
I was bored so was going around looking for Horde to smash and stumbled across this dummy going in circles on the water. I know of the lvl 1 Alliance Dummy in Theramore, but on the weekend I stumbled across a lvl 35 dummy which can't be killed.
